I didn't consciously believe I could do it. Yet somewhere deep inside me, I did believe the whole time.

And so it happened. Without too much deliberation, I plodded my way to school one day and decided to present my collection so far and my concepts to a panel of industry professional judges. The results? Little ol' me was one of a select few students who were given the opportunity to showcase our collection on runway at Melbourne Fashion Week.

It was not only an amazing opportunity to be chosen, but even moreso to be given the chance to prove to myself just how much I am able to achieve. The greatest blessing of all was having my family come from interstate to see my show. Unexpectedly my favourite person, my Nonna decided to come too. How wonderful.

Thanks for staying updated on my journey,

Nicole
